Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)

Please Note!
Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the conference, therefore if your presentation is created using a Mac it must be converted to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting.

How to Submit
Please ensure you submit the final version of your presentation to the preview room at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled presentation date.

- The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.
- We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility. * Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop Users: Please visit the onsite preview room and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter.
Before your Presentation
Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
- Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
- You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides

- Before you start
Headphone or earphone with microphone
Laptop or Desktop with web camera
When recording, Please make sure to use your cursor, to point the contents on the slide that you want to draw attention to.
- During your presentation
Presentation
At the start of your presentation, please introduce yourself, including your name, institution, and the title of your presentation.
Finish
At the end of your presentation, please say, "I'm done with my presentation."
Disk Space
Please make sure there is enough disk space on your local drive to record and save your screen recording.

Please upload your Video file and Presentation file via Dropbox. Click to Submit

2. The VOD and PPT file name must be Session Code_Your Name ex) PL1_Gildong HONG
3. Drag your file or click ‘Add files’ button
4. If you can't get access to Dropbox, please submit it by e-mail (info@ksmoconference.org). * Your presentation code will be sent via e-mail and uploaded to the website.

- There is no specific presentation date and time.
- Participants can view E-orals and leave comments anytime. Please check often to respond to comments on your orals during the congress.

After the deadline, the Committee will review your submitted presentation file and select awardees. Files submitted after the deadline will not be considered for an award.
