Eligibility |
- Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible. - The presenter must complete registration and attend the conference on-site. - The overseas participants have to live abroad. * If you reside in Korea, Domestic (Korean) rules apply. Please refer to Domestic (Korean) rules. |
- Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible. - The presenter must complete registration and attend the conference virtually or on-site. - Presenters should be under the age of 40 (Year of birth 1982 or after). |
Notifications |
1. The KSMO Organizing Committee will conduct the reviewing process and notify the awardees by e-mail. 2. You can apply for both Travel Grants and Young Investigator Awards . However, only one Travel Grant or one Young Investigator Award will be awarded per person. 3. Only one Travel Grant or one Young Investigator Award will be awarded per applicant, even if more than one abstract is submitted. 4. The applicants must submit a valid form of ID, such as a passport. 5. Candidates will be informed before the congress. 6. The Travel Grants/The Young Investigator awards will only be given to the presenter specified in the abstract. (Correspondence author or co-author will not be eligible for the grants/award.) 7. If any documentation or information is found to be false, the award will be cancelled. |
