| Eligibility |
- Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible. - The presenter must complete registration and attend the conference on-site. - The overseas participants have to live abroad. * If you reside in Korea, Domestic (Korean) rules apply. Please refer to Domestic (Korean) rules. |
- Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible. - The presenter must complete registration and attend the conference virtually or on-site. - Presenters should be under the age of 40 (Year of birth 1984 or after). - A valid form of ID (passport) must be submitted when applying for the awards. |
| Notifications |
1. The KSMO Organizing Committee will conduct the reviewing process and notify the awardees by e-mail. 2. You can apply for both Travel Grants and Young Investigator Awards . However, only one Travel Grant or one Young Investigator Award will be awarded per person. 3. Only one Travel Grant or one Young Investigator Award will be awarded per applicant, even if more than one abstract is submitted. 4. The applicants must submit a valid form of ID, such as a passport. 5. Candidates will be informed before the congress. 6. The Travel Grants/The Young Investigator awards will only be given to the presenter specified in the abstract. (Correspondence author or co-author will not be eligible for the grants/award.) 7. If any documentation or information is found to be false, the award will be cancelled. |

| 신청 및 지원시 유의사항 |
1. KSMO 심사위원회의 심사를 거쳐 발표자 이메일로 통보될 예정입니다. 2. 수상자에게는 추후 대상자 적격 확인을 위해 신분증 사본을 요청할 예정입니다. 3. 여러 개의 초록이 제출 되었더라도 중복 수상은 되지 않습니다. 4. 초록의 발표자로 기재된 저자에 한해 수상됩니다. (교신저자 또는 공동저자 수상 불가능) 5. 수상금은 대회 종료 후 계좌로 송금될 예정입니다. 6. 위조로 서류를 작성한 경우 수상이 취소될 수 있습니다. |
