Registration Process

Registration Fees

• Students are required to upload proof of enrollment or a student ID/certificate to verify their status during registration.
• For group registration, please download the Group Registration Form and submit it to the secretariat.
• Only immediate family members are eligible to be registered as Accompanying Persons. Colleagues or other associates cannot be registered under this category. Additionally, Accompanying Persons are not permitted to enter the session rooms.

 50% Discount Off Registration Fees

Participants residing in or affiliated with institutions located in any of the countries listed below are eligible for a 50% reduction in registration fees.

World Bank Low-Income and Lower-Middle Income Economies

Payment Method

Credit Card

• Credit card payments can only be made through the online registration system.
• Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are recommended for online payment.
• The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, and JCB.

Bank Wire Transfer

• Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.
• The sender’s name must match the registrant’s name.
• All bank transfer fees must be covered by the registrant.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
• Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat via email.
• All bank transfer fees must be covered by the registrant.
