Registration Process

Registration Fees

• Students are required to upload proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status when they register.
• To make a group registration, download the Group Registration Form and send it to the secretariat
• Please note that only immediate family members are eligible to be registered as Accompanying Persons. Colleagues or other associates cannot be registered as Accompanying Persons. Additionally, Accompanying Persons are not permitted to enter the session rooms. It is not allowed to enter the session room when registering as an accompanying person.

Payment Method

Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is possible only through the on-line registration system.
• Microsoft Edge and Chrome are suggested for the online payment.
• The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, and JCB.

Bank Wire Transfer

• Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.
• The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
• All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail.
• All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
